How do I return an item?

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY The Cheer Shoppe will gladly accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, unlaundered and free of damages by the customer, within 30 days from the date of original purchase. Customers can request an RMA (Return Merchandise Assignment) Number. The RMA Number can be requested via e-mail by contacting the following:

In your email, please state the following information:

Order Number
Order Name
Item/Product Number
Reason for Return or Exchange - If Exchanging items, please indicate the new item that is needed.
If it is a Manufacturers Defect Replacement, please include pictures of the defective area. For shoes, please include pictures of tag located on the inside of the tongue.

Items MUST be returned with receipt and all original packaging and tags such as shoeboxes/cases. For items that have been customized/personalized, returns and/or exchanges will not be allowed, unless there is a manufacturers defect with the item or the customization/personalization has been misspelled.

For Shoes purchased at competitions, “Got My Bid”, “Got Another Bid”, Cheer Shoppe Closeout items and items purchased at organization "Live Day" events - ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ALLOWED.
Shipping arrangements are the sole responsibility of the customer/ distributor. The Cheer Shoppe is not responsible for damage occurred in shipping from third party arrangements. The Cheer Shoppe purchases will be credited* to the account used to make the purchase. *Please allow approximately 3-5 business days for your credit to be applied to your credit card after the return/exchange has been processed.
